Lifestyle precinct at Tun Razak Exchange to open in 4Q2023


The Exchange TRX, the lifestyle precinct of the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) in Kuala Lumpur, is readied to start in 4Q2023. According to developer Landlease, The Exchange TRX will have more than 400 stores across four retail levels, with 1.3 million sq ft of total net lettable area.

The Exchange TRX will have a 10-acre rooftop public-activated recreation area. Called TRX City Park, it is created by Lendlease in collaboration with landscaping architects Oculus & Pentago. It definitely will feature young children’s play areas, water functions, as well as shaded enclaves. It will even serve as a location to hold fairs plus occasions.
